GIGA and Verdextra are delighted to invite you to join us for the launch of RESET in the UK. RESET is a scalable, technology driven building standard and certification program focused on real-time data for human health and wellbeing.

During the launch, you will hear from leading industry experts about the impact of health & wellbeing on the built environment as measured and communicated in real-time. You will learn about RESET and how it supports the industry’s leading practitioners.

Event Overview

The spaces we occupy are no longer static containers, but systems that must react with us just as we react to them. Slight changes in our surroundings, be they temperature, light, air or other indoor environment quality parameters, can have drastic effects on our mental, physical and emotional well-being, affecting health and productivity. And while these effects can be subtle and subconscious, it encourages designers to direct their consciousness to creating buildings and spaces that are accountable to their inhabitants.

Pioneering workplaces around the globe have turned to workplace design experts to maximize their employees’ well being and, in turn, their companies’ productivity and success. These same healthy design principles can be applied anywhere, from the offices and homes, to schools and public buildings. Foresighted urban planners are even looking to implement healthy design on large scales in order to build healthier, happier cities.
