Description:

SIREWALL's patent pending system for building stabilized, insulated rammed earth walls combines a rigid insulation core flanked by steel reinforced rammed earth. The result is highly insulated, durable, nearly maintenance free load bearing walls. SIREWALL walls are thermally massive, and when combined with insulation, are also high in thermal efficiency.

All components are locally sourced, from the formwork to the engineered earth mix. Local soils, cement, water, and oxides are rammed to create walls which become literal extensions of their project sites. SIREWALL construction requires far less cement than conventional concrete, and eliminates the need for chemical sealants or treatments leaving healthy, non-toxic walls. SIREWALL is best left unfinished thus cutting out plasters, glues, adhesives and paints – typically some of the nastiest building products on a construction site.
