This project started off as an abode for a private client and his family on a land hidden away from the busy life of a city. The rectilinear property was located on Ruskin Island and looked back on a calm lotus filled lake which the travelers ferried over. The time taken to travel here from the city was about 45 minutes.

When the construction commenced it was realized that the land had more potential of keeping more open space and still building on top of the earlier designed single-storey sections. This allowed more people to be entertained in the same premises but still kept the initial qualities of quietude and lightness.
