THE CHALLENGE and THE SOLUTION
- Base building water fixtures were not compliant with LEED requirements, thus negotiation with landlord was carried out so water fixtures could be replaced.
- Negotiation with landlord was carried out in order to receive permission to place a permanent no-smoking sign at the building entrance.
- Since local suppliers often lack needed specification information and technical sheets, selection of material had to be conducted more carefully compared to non-LEED projects.
