HKGBC Launches BEAM Plus Version 1.1
The BEAM green building label officially launched in November 2009, including comprehensive environmental assessment schemes for New Buildings and Existing Buildings. Building on feedback from stakeholders, the BEAM Faculty has made minor improvements to assessment criteria. BEAM Plus Version 1.1 launched on April 1st, 2010 and replace the previous BEAM Plus criteria.
BEAM remains as Hong Kong's premiere green building label and is recognized by the Hong Kong Green building Council (HKGBC). For more information, click here.
